AAPITA's second Career Education Series panel brought together emerging AAPI professionals to share how they discovered their career paths, created opportunities, and are building successful futures in tennis. The session covered insights into event management, marketing, sports investing, coaching, and high-performance development.

Panelists included Cindy Stein (Event Management and VIP Experience Expert), Tracy Singian (Marketing professional, Emmy-award-winning producer, and former professional tennis player), Mihir Kumar (Sports and Entertainment Investing), and Ivan Thamma (ATP Coach, developmental and high-performance coach, and former Division I student-athlete). Gracie Davenport, Partner Development lead for the Boston Celtics and US Open Pro Tennis Operations, moderated the panel.

This session offered early-career professionals and those exploring new pathways in tennis direct access to mentors navigating growth and opportunity in the industry.
