Federal resources provide foundational guidance on discrimination law, your rights as an employee or program participant, and the formal channels for reporting discrimination. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) maintains a comprehensive outreach and education toolkit, and USA.gov provides a clear overview of job discrimination and harassment protections.
